- Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

- Maintain strict quality control standards across all production lines.
- Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and cost control principles.
- Excellent leadership and personnel management skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and production monitoring software.
- Valid SSM registration or equivalent professional certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
