In this role, you will be at the forefront of chemical manufacturing, ensuring that our plant processes are optimized for safety, efficiency, and scalability. You will act as a key technical lead, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, maintain strict compliance with industrial safety standards, and lead a production team toward operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production activities in a chemical/petrochemical plant to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective process optimization strategies.
- Lead and mentor production teams to foster a culture of safety, productivity, and professional growth.
- Ensure full compliance with local environmental and workplace safety regulations (WSH).
- Conduct regular troubleshooting of plant equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Manage production schedules and resource allocation to ensure optimal plant utilization.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain accurate records of production cycles and raw material consumption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in chemical or petrochemical plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of process safety management (PSM) and quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex operational tasks.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and technical report writing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic industrial environment in Jurong East.
