- Monitor and optimize daily production processes to achieve quality and output targets
- Identify, analyze, and resolve process deviations to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in production operations
- Perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of production machinery
- Develop and maintain production documentation, including SOPs and process specifications
- Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in chemical/polymer manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and process optimization
- Proficiency in troubleshooting chemical production equipment and polymer processing systems
- Familiarity with safety protocols and environmental regulations in industrial settings
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Experience with production monitoring software and data analysis tools
