Tanggung Jawab
- Production Engineer: Oversee and optimize chemical manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
- Ensure full compliance with all chemical safety standards, environmental regulations, and site protocols.
- Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean).
- Machinists: Operate and program CNC milling and turning machines to fabricate precision parts to exact specifications.
- Perform regular equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure operational uptime.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and production schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation (Milling and Turning) for Machinists.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Willingness to work in Singapore's West Region.
