Are you a driven Engineering professional looking to build a career with one of the Philippines' most iconic conglomerates? San Miguel Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer to join our Feed Milling operations in San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our milling efficiency. You will be tasked with overseeing the seamless operation and proactive maintenance of complex heavy machinery. Your expertise will directly influence our output quality and operational uptime. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated feed milling equipment to ensure optimal production flow.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on equipment failures and lead rapid-response technical troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with production teams to meet daily/weekly volume targets without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and corporate manufacturing standards.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Train and mentor junior operators on machine handling, safety procedures, and standard operating protocols (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Agricultural Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in plant operations, feed milling, or heavy manufacturing environments.
- Solid understanding of PLC-controlled systems, hydraulic equipment, and pneumatic machinery.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and operational communication gaps.
- Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to Safety and Quality Assurance (ISO standards).
