Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize injection moulding processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
- Monitor and maintain critical production parameters, including temperature, pressure, and cycle times.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues promptly to minimize downtime and defects.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement corrective actions and maintain ISO/IATF standards.
- Develop, update, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for injection moulding operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and Kaizen to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Provide technical training and guidance to production operators and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding production or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of plastic materials, mould design, and injection moulding machinery.
- Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in production monitoring software and Microsoft Office Suite.
