- Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards
- Provide technical support to production staff, troubleshooting equipment and process issues

- Monitor production metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in using production management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
