Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
- Lead pilot runs for new product introductions and process modifications
- Develop and implement production standards, procedures, and work instructions
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets
- Collaborate with R&D, quality, and maintenance teams on process improvements
- Train production staff on new equipment, procedures, and safety protocols
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement preventive measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles
- Proficiency in production management software (MES, ERP) and data analysis tools
- Experience with pilot runs and new product introduction processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
