Tanggung Jawab
- Implement, optimize, and standardize plastic injection molding processes
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with R&D to test new materials and process parameters
- Train production teams on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Monitor KPIs including cycle times, scrap rates, and OEE
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/6 Sigma methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in plastic injection molding processes
- Proficiency in process optimization techniques and statistical analysis
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Experience with injection molding machines (Arburg, Engel, or similar)
- Knowledge of thermoplastic materials and mold design principles
- Advanced problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/verbal)
