Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize precast concrete production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control protocols ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with design teams to develop production-feasible precast concrete solutions
- Manage production schedules and resource allocation to meet project deadlines
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety procedures
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of precast concrete production processes and quality standards
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office Suite
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles and process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical approach to technical challenges
