Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee precast production lines to ensure output meets quality and safety standards
- Optimize manufacturing processes through data-driven analysis and process improvement
- Implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment
- Coordinate with quality control teams to resolve production defects and non-conformances
- Develop and update production documentation, including SOPs and process flow charts
- Train production staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing/precast production environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and production planning software
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Certification in OHSAS 18001/ISO 45000 is advantageous
