Join Samsung SDI's dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Engineer (Quality) and drive excellence in production quality management. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize production processes to maintain quality standards and reduce defects
- Implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) and compliance documentation
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to improve product designs and manufacturing efficiency
- Train production staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Analyze quality data trends and report performance metrics to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or production management
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies (SPC, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality standards
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production technologies
