Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and optimize sheet metal manufacturing processes to ensure maximum productivity.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production line issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and quality control, to refine manufacturing blueprints and specifications.
- Oversee machinery maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment downtime issues.
- Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols and Lean Manufacturing standards (5S, Kaizen).
- Train production staff on new machinery, processes, and safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a sheet metal manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and technical drawing interpretation.
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques, such as laser cutting, bending, punching, and welding.
- Proven ability to analyze production data and generate actionable improvement reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to lead small technical teams.
