Join Prebuild Material Sdn Bhd, a leader in the construction materials industry, as a Production Engineer / Site Engineer. This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both our pre-cast production operations and site infrastructure projects. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety in our manufacturing processes while overseeing critical site operations for infrastructure and construction projects.
As a Production Engineer, you'll be responsible for optimizing our pre-cast production lines, implementing process improvements, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. In your capacity as a Site Engineer, you'll coordinate and supervise on-site activities, manage resources effectively, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize pre-cast production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality
- Coordinate and supervise site operations for infrastructure and construction projects
- Implement and maintain safety protocols on both production floors and construction sites
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensure all projects are completed according to specifications, quality standards, and timelines
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including production reports and site logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and project challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production engineering or site engineering
- Strong knowledge of pre-cast concrete production processes and construction methodologies
- Familiarity with engineering software and technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
