Ascension Advisory is pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a Production Engineer (Stamping) to join a well-established Singapore Manufacturing MNC operating in the Kulai region. This is a stable, long-term role within a dynamic multinational environment. The company is committed to operational excellence and offers a competitive remuneration package of up to RM 5,500 per month, inclusive of AWS (Allowance for Workers' Shelter) and performance-based bonuses. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of stamping lines, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving process improvements.

We are looking for a detail-oriented engineer who thrives in a manufacturing setting and is eager to contribute to the efficiency and quality of production operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize the performance of stamping presses and production lines to ensure maximum output and efficiency.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on stamping machinery, hydraulic systems, and tooling to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks to implement process improvements using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO quality standards, safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with the toolroom and maintenance teams to manage die maintenance, repair, and replacement schedules.
- Inspect stamped parts for defects and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records of daily output and machine performance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in stamping, metal forming, or die-casting operations.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic and mechanical press systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T standards.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools (e.g., CMM, calipers, micrometers).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced MNC environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
