We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineer (Stamping) to join the manufacturing team of a well-established Singapore-based MNC in Kulai, Johor.

The role offers a dynamic work environment, a 5-day work week (Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 6:00pm), and a comprehensive compensation package including an attractive salary of up to RM 5,500, AWS, and performance bonuses.
As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for optimizing stamping workflows, resolving technical issues, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with tooling, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure seamless production flow and world-class product quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily stamping production to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Establish and refine process parameters, SOPs, and work instructions for optimal stamping operations.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for stamping defects, die malfunctions, and press issues to effectively minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive continuous improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance yield, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Collaborate with the tooling team for die design reviews, tryouts, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage new product introduction (NPI) activities from a production engineering perspective, including process validation and capability studies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a Production Engineering role within the metal stamping industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of stamping processes, press tooling, and die maintenance.
- Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is highly preferred.
- Proficient in PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and GD&T.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
