In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our production processes, managing cost efficiency, and driving departmental excellence.
As a key member of our Production Engineering division, you will be responsible for bridge-building between conceptual design and full-scale production. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Cost Study reports to analyze and optimize production expenses.
- Formulate and execute strategic Action Plans to support departmental performance goals.
- Monitor and evaluate production KPIs, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing workflows and reduce cycle times.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures throughout the production line.
- Prepare regular progress updates and technical documentation for management review.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to manage time-sensitive projects and meet departmental targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and cost-analysis methodologies.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English is preferred.
