PT Seiwa Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and analytical Production Engineering Staff to join our growing team in Cikarang. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the advancement of our manufacturing operations by developing robust production processes and supporting the successful launch of new products. As part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for identifying process bottlenecks, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that production goals are met safely and efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing production workflows and manufacturing systems to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and safety.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by providing engineering solutions during the design and testing phases.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor quality control metrics and collaborate with the quality assurance department to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations on the production floor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a production engineering or manufacturing support role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality tools (SPC, FMEA), and manufacturing technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MES systems is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work shifts and adapt to the fast-paced industrial environment.
