Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of specialized tooling and fixtures for motorcycle assembly lines.
- Establish and maintain robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production quality.
- Analyze current production workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement strategic process optimization.
- Perform technical audits and assessments of external vendors to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues on the production floor to minimize downtime and maximize output.
- Document technical specifications, engineering change orders, and performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production engineering within the automotive or heavy machinery manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems.
- Deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented, cross-departmental setting.
