Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Manage inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse operations
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or production management
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
