- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet output targets.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing supervision.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of quality management systems (ISO, GMP, etc.) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
