Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production activities to meet targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Oversee the maintenance section to ensure machinery is serviced, reliable, and operating at optimal performance levels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and resource constraints.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity and safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and maintenance spare parts to prevent operational downtime.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly production reports for management review.
- Lead and motivate shift teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial), Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a production or maintenance supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, quality control, and preventative maintenance systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
