Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and support daily production operations to ensure targets are met efficiently and on schedule.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring detailed production plans and schedules.
- Drive initiatives for waste reduction and optimize resource utilization to enhance cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate proactively with vendors for timely material procurement and supply chain management.
- Liaise effectively with customers regarding production progress, delivery schedules, and addressing any concerns.
- Conduct thorough costing analyses for production processes and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO quality management systems and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Monitor production output, analyze performance data, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
- Contribute to fostering a safe and productive working environment for all production staff.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a production or manufacturing operational role.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control principles.
- Demonstrated experience in waste management and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and customer coordination.
- Proficiency in costing analysis and budget management within a production context.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and experience in maintaining quality management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
