Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and supervise daily production schedules to ensure targets are met efficiently.
- Monitor production processes to maintain high standards of product quality and consistency.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Analyze production data and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Train and mentor junior staff on production techniques and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Quality Control (QC) processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
