Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Develop and implement production schedules while monitoring KPIs and output metrics

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental sustainability protocols

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in production management or manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Experience with production management software and ERP systems
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
