- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met while maintaining quality standards
- Optimize manpower allocation and workflow efficiency through lean methodology implementation
- Develop and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to resolve production defects and maintain compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams for new product launches and process standardization
- Prepare production reports and analyze data to drive strategic operational decisions
- Foster a safety-first culture and ensure adherence to OHS regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in production management within manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing and process optimization techniques
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding production targets with quality focus
- Advanced knowledge of ISO standards and quality control systems
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop production teams
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and production planning software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset
