Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure output targets are met or exceeded
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workplace environment according to company standards
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency and quality
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and procedures
- Prepare production reports and documentation for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing management
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Certification in occupational health and safety management is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
