Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production plans to meet company objectives and customer demands
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met
- Coordinate with various departments including procurement, quality control, and logistics
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Prepare production reports and present findings to senior management
- Train and supervise production staff to maintain high performance standards
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing management
- Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in production management software and ERP systems
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
