Our team in Senai, Johor, is seeking a talented Production Executive / Engineer to play a pivotal role in our operational success. In this position, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing floor, ensuring that production workflows are seamless, quality standards are rigorously upheld, and operational efficiency is continuously optimized.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure output targets are met on time and within budget.
- Implement and monitor lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and increase throughput.
- Manage and supervise production floor staff, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operational capacity.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective process improvements.
- Ensure all production activities comply with ISO standards and internal quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and supply chain teams to coordinate raw material inventory and equipment availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of production machinery and industrial processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage shifting priorities.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is considered an asset for operational coordination.
