Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules and workflow to meet daily targets and quotas.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP standards.
- Monitor production equipment functionality and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished goods to ensure product consistency.
- Train, supervise, and motivate production staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and production logs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Valid passport or willingness to travel if required for company operations.
