- Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule and allocate resources efficiently

- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking team members and stakeholders
- Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation

Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in food manufacturing is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Mandarin language (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
