Join Beo Holding's dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Executive (Mandarin Speaker) in Pandamaran, Selangor. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to optimize production workflows while bridging communication gaps between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and English-speaking teams. You'll drive operational excellence by implementing lean manufacturing principles, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining seamless coordination across production lines. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of manufacturing outputs
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and team members for seamless operations
- Implement and maintain quality control protocols throughout the production lifecycle
- Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Train and supervise production staff on safety procedures and operational standards
- Prepare detailed production reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in production or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality standards
- Experience in food manufacturing is highly advantageous
- Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Certification in OSHA or ISO standards is preferred
