Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality finished goods.
- Supervise production floor operations, providing guidance and technical support to the technical team.
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement programs to minimize waste and maximize throughput.
- Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Analyze production performance metrics and prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and provide immediate resolution to maintain production momentum.
- Manage inventory levels for raw materials and consumables to prevent production downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production tracking software (ERP/MRP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the North Region and adapt to flexible shift requirements if necessary.
