- Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards
- Coordinate production schedules and resource allocation to meet output targets
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and regulatory compliance measures

- Lead and train production staff, fostering a culture of safety and productivity

Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years in production supervision or manufacturing management
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control systems
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industrial standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in production planning and inventory management
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
