Putra Perkasa Abadi is a leading mining contractor committed to operational excellence and safety. We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Production Group Leader (GL) to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring target achievements, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency at our mining sites.
As a Production Group Leader, you will serve as the bridge between management strategy and field execution. You will lead a team of operators and support staff, ensuring that all mining operations align with our production plans while strictly adhering to company protocols and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of mining engineering principles and a passion for operational leadership.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily production operations to achieve established production targets.
- Ensure all team activities comply with safety, health, and environmental standards (K3L).
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of heavy equipment fleets to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data and provide daily reports to the Production Superintendent.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure optimal equipment availability.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and maintain high morale.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement processes within the production cycle.
- Manage site resources and materials efficiently to support ongoing mining operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in mining operations, preferably as a Group Leader or Foreman.
- Strong understanding of mining workflows, pit operations, and heavy equipment management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively in English (working proficiency).
- Proficient in using mining software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to work effectively under pressure in a remote or field environment.
- Possession of a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence and compliance.
