Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire production department operations to ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines
- Develop and implement production strategies to optimize efficiency and output quality
- Manage production resources including manpower, equipment, and materials allocation
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions for performance gaps
- Coordinate with quality assurance to maintain product standards and compliance
- Lead production team through training, mentorship, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental sustainability practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in production management within garment/textile industry
- Proven track record of optimizing production processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional production teams
- Expert knowledge of garment manufacturing techniques and quality control systems
- Proficient in production planning software and MS Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision making
