Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Lean and Six Sigma strategies to optimize production workflows and minimize waste.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify process bottlenecks, root causes of inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency, output quality, and downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive continuous improvement projects and align goals.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) workshops and implement corrective actions to resolve critical production issues.
- Train, mentor, and motivate production staff on best practices in process improvement and Lean tools.
- Ensure all continuous improvement initiatives comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Professional certification in Lean or Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in production management or process improvement within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex production data and charts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence cross-departmental teams effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing execution systems (MES) is an asset.
