Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of production operators and technicians to achieve daily production targets.
- Plan and schedule production runs to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve production issues and improve workflows.
- Prepare production reports and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and promote career development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or a similar production environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement tools is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
