Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily night shift production activities to ensure optimal throughput.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to production staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor production line performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict compliance with workplace safety (WSH) regulations and quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to track inventory levels and raw material requirements.
- Prepare shift handover reports detailing production output, personnel issues, and maintenance needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence on the shop floor.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Ability to work permanent night shifts and accommodate high overtime requirements.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with WSH safety standards and quality assurance procedures.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems for reporting and documentation.
