In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle, from raw material intake to final output, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.
As a Production Leader, you will lead a diverse team of operators and supervisors, implementing lean manufacturing strategies to reduce waste and improve productivity. You will act as the bridge between management and floor operations, ensuring that safety protocols are strictly followed and that production targets are consistently exceeded. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to foster a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production workflows and reduce waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within the facility.
- Coordinate with supply chain and engineering teams to resolve bottlenecks, minimize downtime, and manage inventory levels.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to prepare reports and drive strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all output meets industry and company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and quality control systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with battery or electrochemical manufacturing processes is a significant advantage.
