Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production operators, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee daily production schedules and operations to ensure targets are met efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, company policies, and safety regulations throughout the production floor.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate training and development for team members.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Planning) to resolve production issues and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports, analyze data, and present findings to management for informed decision-making.
- Implement and promote lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse production team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
