In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our production floor, responsible for steering daily manufacturing operations to ensure we meet our ambitious output targets without compromising on quality or safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure on-time delivery and production efficiency.
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
- Monitor production output to ensure all products meet strict quality control standards and customer specifications.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement effective process improvements.
- Manage manpower allocation and shift scheduling to optimize operational resources.
- Enforce strict adherence to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies throughout the facility.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and prepare daily performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing principles, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP/Production management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
