Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure targets are met
- Implement and maintain quality control processes and standards
- Lead and motivate production team members to achieve optimal performance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Monitor production metrics and report on performance to management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership or supervision
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is highly preferred
