Adetex is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Leader to oversee our textile manufacturing operations in Banjaran, West Java. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring superior product quality, and leading a dedicated team of textile professionals. As the Production Leader, you will be the face of our manufacturing floor, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. You will play a crucial role in optimizing workflows, managing resources effectively, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure manufacturing targets are met efficiently.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of textile operators and supervisors to maximize productivity.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control (QC) procedures to minimize defects.
- Implement and maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement to manage raw material inventory.
- Analyze production data and performance reports to identify areas for optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in textile manufacturing or production management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of ISO quality standards is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
