This role is critical for ensuring smooth production operations, meeting quality targets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic factory environment.
As the Production Line Leader, you will take ownership of the production line, from scheduling daily tasks to monitoring output and addressing bottlenecks. You will foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork among operators, and collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, and logistics teams to optimize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production line operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Train, mentor, and develop production staff to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with supply chain as needed.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering departments to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
