With a strong presence in the Philippines, we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Line Leader to oversee our manufacturing operations at our Calamba City, Laguna facility. This role is critical to ensuring that our production lines run efficiently, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
As a Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for monitoring productivity, supervising a team of operators, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold rigorous safety and quality standards. Your leadership will directly contribute to the achievement of production targets and overall operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise production line operators to achieve daily output goals.
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure product quality meets specifications through regular inspections and adherence to standards.
- Manage material flow and inventory levels to minimize downtime and waste.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Prepare and present production reports to management.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Willing to work in Calamba City, Laguna and on shifting schedules.
- Preferably with experience in electronics or telecommunications manufacturing.
