- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control systems and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
