Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production line machinery to ensure optimal efficiency and output
- Maintain quality control standards by conducting regular inspections and measurements
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot operational issues
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SPM) required
- 1-2 years of production/manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and machinery operation skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
