You will be responsible for overseeing the daily production schedule, optimizing line efficiency, and ensuring that our high-quality products are packaged perfectly to meet customer demands. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and monitor daily production packaging schedules to ensure all targets are met on time.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate packaging line operators to maintain peak performance and high morale.
- Implement and enforce strict Quality Assurance (QA) protocols to ensure product integrity during the packaging process.
- Optimize line processes to reduce downtime, minimize waste, and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure full compliance with OSH standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory logs, and performance reports for management review.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on the packaging line and coordinate with Maintenance for timely repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Lead in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong understanding of packaging machinery, line synchronization, and production workflow optimization.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic production management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide on-call support as required by production cycles.
