Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the F&B manufacturing industry? The Soy Company is looking for a dynamic Production & Logistics Planner to join our growing team in Senoko. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our high-quality soy products move seamlessly from the production line to our customers' doorsteps.
As our Production & Logistics Planner, you will lead the end-to-end planning cycle, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production floor leads and our delivery fleet, to optimize routes and schedules. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute daily production schedules to meet sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
- Analyze demand trends to ensure optimal stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with the logistics team and external drivers to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Monitor production output to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory records, conducting regular audits to maintain 100% stock accuracy.
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize costs and improve on-time performance.
- Maintain effective communication between production, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure operational alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production planning or logistics within an F&B or FMCG environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for forecasting and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards in a food production setting.
